CASES’ LOCKED IN FOR A FURTHER TWO YEARS

Wednesday November 20, 2019
SOMERSET SPEEDWAY have been boosted by an extension to their main team sponsorship deal with Cases that will see the agreement run through to a full decade as club backers.

Club promoter Debbie Hancock expressed her delight with the announcement, claiming "It is a great honour for us to confirm that once again we will have the backing of our great friends from Cases. I cannot thank their Managing Director Ian Burns enough for his support, along with that of Sean Campbell and Rob Nigh. All three are so enthusiastic and great guys to do business with. Following a recent visit from Ian to discuss the sponorship terms, I am absolutely delighted to be able to announce that we have come to an agreement for at least the next two seasons which will mean that their sponsorship will extend into a 10 year stint come the 2021 season. They really are a fabulous company and it means a lot to me to know that we can once again keep their name out there as we race all over the country. They may be a small company but they are big in commitment and that is so important to us. Being able to retain sponsors is vital to our survival especially amidst all the apprehension that presently exists in the business world during these economic uncertain times."
"Without a doubt the name Cases has become synonymous with Somerset Speedway and having them signed up for 2020 is just as important as bringing on board the seven riders who will be representing us in the forthcoming campaign. I can also state that we are making excellent progress on the team front and hope to be able to announce our third signing in the next few days or so."

The 'Cases' Rebels have already confirmed that Rory Schlein and Anders Rowe will be returning to the Oak Tree Arena in 2020 which leaves five more names to be announced and Hancock's counterpart Garry May is keen to have the full side revealed well in time for Christmas!.
